What does ‘being aligned’ mean? and why is it so important to focus on alignment when you are on your mat? My answer is always that alignment comes from being yourself and focusing on who you are when you step on the mat. That’s the starting point from which you’ll let me guide you.
I have been teaching, breathing, and feeling yoga for the past 5 years, but like all of us, I have been practising yoga since I was born because yoga is part of everyday and everyone’s life.
My group classes are varied with plenty of cuing and catering to all levels. Everyone is welcome as I provide options for new starters, intermediate and more advanced yogis.
