La DolceVita Yoga Escape is a sophisticated and intimate yoga retreat in Puglia, in the heart of the old town of Lecce. Your host / teacher can’t wait to share with you his love of yoga and Puglia, where he originally comes from.
You will learn to deepen your yoga practice and discover the beauty of Puglia, with everything it has to offer including great food & human interaction, the Italian way.
You will stay at a stunning Palazzo, enjoy delicious meals prepared by a local cook, and adopt the Italian aperitivo tradition! Your typical day will include two yoga practices - one dynamic and one restorative -, some sightseeing as well as time to relax (mini-pool, beach, shopping).
This is not just a yoga retreat, this is a total Puglian yoga experience. A perfect way to reenergize, restore and reconnect…in beautiful Italian style!
Yoga is my passion, and so is strength, and pilates, and that's why I define my classes as "Aligned". You will get so much out of my classes; at end of this retreat, you will have accumulated the experience, tools, and memories to apply and nurture in the future.

If you're ready to book, you will select your accommodation type and then 'purchase one-off' membership. You will then simply pay a deposit of £300 / €350 (+ 4% service charge, only payable on the deposit). The remainder will be due 6 weeks before arrival.
