Classes & 1:1 Training

How is my teaching and who takes my classes? I have learned so much about my body in all the years of working out myself, working as a personal trainer and teaching reformer Pilates, but yoga has made me who I am now. I am Aligned.

You too can become Aligned and when you do, you’ll feel that burn, you’ll get that sweat on the mat, and you’ll progress in your strength, flexibility, holding or transitioning in some challenging poses in no time. And even if it takes longer than expected, you will still do amazingly with your best abilities, as long you show up on your mat.

In Person Classes

My group classes are varied with plenty of cuing and catering to all levels. Everyone is welcome as I provide options for new starters, intermediate and more advanced yogis. An Aligned yoga practice becomes a moving meditation, offering both movement and enlightenment.

Online Classes

My Online classes are as effective and thoughtful as in-person practices. You will get the same love and attention from the other side of your screen. Combining challenging sequences, uplifting playlists and a few Italian jokes, the sessions will always make you feel safe physically and supported mentally.

Online classes are £8 single, 5 classes £35, 10 classes £60

Vinyasa Flow

The Vinyasa class I teach is dynamic, creative, and physically rigorous. Although the nature of my classes are physically demanding, my greatest focus is the safety and well-being of my students.

The main points I focus on in my classes are:

• Alignment - physical & mental
• Mindfulness of physical limit
• Deepness of breath
• Calmness of mind

Power Flow

The Power class I teach is focused on building strength and confidence. It’s a challenging sequence with plenty of options and the message is not about power for the sake of power, it is about empowerment and being empowered.

The main points I focus on in my class are:

• Alignment – physical & mental
• Tools and cues to achieve challenging poses
• Mindfulness of physical limit
• Deepness of breath
• Being empowered – on and off the mat

Meditation & Breathwork

The Meditation & Breathwork I teach is the path to making friends with your mind. It enables you to observe the quality and contents of your thoughts and to stay open to the opportunity of a fresh start in every moment.

I will guide you how to tune into your innate capacity for love and compassion.

The main points I focus on my classes are:

• Guided meditation & breathwork
• Moving meditation on your mat
• Learn an easy way to use meditation & breathing tools for 15 to 20min a day.

Private Personal Training & Yoga

Personal training allows you to get the most out of the time you spend exercising. I offer personalised training built around you – online or in-person.

I qualified as a personal trainer well before I became a yoga teacher and ran my own personal training business for 5 years.

1:1 Process

Before we start training, I will set up an initial 30 minute free consultation to discuss your requirements.

During the 1-to-1 initial consultation, I will discover more about you, your habits and how you move. I will understand your goals so I can develop a plan to help you reach them.

If you are planning in person or online, this is a 60 min 1-to-1 live Zoom session with me as your coach. All you need is a decent WIFI connection and a space to move. With little to no equipment, I can support, strengthen and challenge you. Never before has it been so important to move and stay active in order to boost your physical and mental health.

My training sessions will be 100% tailored to your needs and goals. We will go together on a journey to overcome your obstacles, discover your capabilities and deliver your objectives.
